酵母与动物营养 YEAST AND ANIMAL NUTRITION

Four thousand years ago, the ancient Egyptians used a magical material for making bread.

Three thousand years ago, the ancient Chinese people used dry “ferment” for brewing wine.

However, the ancients did not know at all that it is an amazing microorganism-yeast that plays a role quietly.

直到17世纪,人们首次通过显微镜发现并认识了酵母;自此以后,酵母的神奇之门被打开,人们惊讶的发现,小小的酵母浑身都是宝。

Until the 17th century, people discovered and got to know the yeast for the first time through the microscope. Since then, the magical door of the yeast has been open to us; people are surprised to discover that the whole body of the small yeast is a treasure.

酵母具有特殊的营养结构,是少有的集优质蛋白、B族维生素、核苷酸、谷胱甘肽、矿物质和优质膳食纤维于一身的生命物质。

1888年,Braude就将酵母作为猪料中的蛋白营养来源。

In 1888, Braude used yeast as a source of protein nutrition in pig feed.

1925年,美国科学家Eckles发现,天然酵母活菌在动物体内能快速形成厌氧环境,调节肠道发酵,提高泌乳牛产奶量,这一发现促进了酵母在养殖领域中的应用。

In 1925, a U.S. scientist named Eckles found that, natural yeast viable bacteria in the animal body can create anaerobic conditions quickly, regulate enteric fermentation, and increase milk production of the lactating cow. This discovery promoted the yeast application in the field of livestock breeding.

上世纪末以来,养殖业各种流行性疾病频发,使人们意识到,抗生素并不能真正有效解决养殖病害,相反随着病原菌抗药性的增强,甚至会给人类带来巨大的灾难。美国、日本等发达国家纷纷采取强硬的措施,对饲用抗生素严加限制;欧盟更是于2006年全面禁止饲料中使用抗生素。积极倡导和鼓励绿色安全的微生态添加剂,特别是对酵母的研究和推广应用成为一种必然的发展趋势。

Since the end of last century, various epidemic diseases in the livestock breeding industry has broken out frequently, which makes people realize that antibiotics can not really be an effective solution to disease in breeding, on the contrary, even bring mankind a huge disaster with the increasing drug-resistance of pathogens. The developed countries like United States and Japan have taken tough measures to severely restrict antibiotics used in feed. It was in 2006 that European Union implemented a total ban on the use of antibiotics in feed. It has become an inevitable developing trend to actively promote and encourage green safety microecosystem additives, especially the research and promotion of yeast.

目前,酵母已成为全球养殖领域中应用最广泛的微生物之一。酵母源生物饲料在调节动物胃肠微生态环境平衡、增加机体免疫力、促进饲料消化吸收、提高动物生产性能、改善养殖动物产品品质、减少污染排放等多方面表现卓越。

At present, the yeast has become one of the most widely used micro-organisms in the global aquaculture field. Yeast source bio-feed excels in many aspects such as regulating gastrointestinal and micro-ecological environment balance, boosting organism immunity, promoting digestion and absorption of feed, enhancing animal production performance, improving the quality of farmed animal products, and reducing pollution emissions.
